Review of leadership group salaries questionnaire

The Education Funding Agency is undertaking a review of senior executive salaries at academy trusts for the 2012 to 2013 academic year.  The purpose of the review is to enable us to identify trends and ranges of salaries across the sector and understand what factors academies deem as important when setting their executive salaries. We will look to share key findings from our review with the sector, to aid in key areas such as salary benchmarking. For clarity, by senior executives we are referring to leadership group staff, at single and multi-academy trusts, that are paid £60,000 and over. 
 
To assist us with this work, we would be grateful if either the Chair of Governors (preferred) or the Accounting Officer would complete the short survey below. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
